About.

Nicole Orosa

Endlessly curious. Meticulously organized. Lifelong learner.

I’m a Northern Virginia native and a lover of lists, schedules and clever logos. I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications – Public Relations, and I’ve worked in the advertising space ever since.

I started my career at DMI, working within operations of a digital advertising agency. I learned the ins and outs of running an agency that had teams of media planners, creative resources, UX designers, developers, strategists, and project managers. I took a particular interest in project management and soon made the transition from Operations Analyst to Project Coordinator.

I took my career to the next level and became an Account Executive at SimpsonScarborough, a boutique agency specializing in higher education research and marketing. I wore many hats depending on clients needs and would occasionally take on the role of strategist, researcher, or interviewer.

While at RP3 Agency, I helped build up the project management team from scratch. As the agency transitioned to a PM/AL model, I was given the creativity and freedom to develop the role into an indispensable part of the company culture, while providing more support and organization for our clients and the internal teams.

What makes my projects successful

  • Effective communication and teamwork
  • Exploring new and creative ways to solve problems
  • Managing time, budget, and client expectations
